Biography: Born and raised by a poor single mother in Chicago, IL, Judas became interested in the occult at 13, and never looked back. As a teen, his sole interests were pro wrestling and learning more about the occult. At 18, he began training to be a wrestler, and also began studying Satanism.
While training, he met Jim Prescott, the man who would quickly become not only his best friend, but a star in his own right as first Vlad The Impaler, then Vlad Blackheart.
At 20, he began wrestling on the independent circuit, and at 21, he signed with the fledgling FWF, joining up with "Destiny" Drane Sky and Zhin Von (The Knights of Narcosis) to form the original Dominion of Pain. Vlad would sign soon after, and join the faction as well, along with a young wrestler named Christian Young, who Judas influenced and corrupted from a beloved babyface. After Young left FWF, Sky, Von, and Vlad would turn on Judas, although it was later revealed that they only did it to test him, to see if he was worthy of becoming the leader of the Dominion over Sky. After cleanly putting Sky down in the middle of the ring, the three officially handed leadership over to Lasher.
Eventually, The Knights retired, just as FWF was in discussions with EFW to have the two promotions combine. Vlad led a Dominion invasion of EFW to begin the angle, and by the time it ended, the promotions had combined to form N*FW. Once N*FW was established, Judas began expanding the Dominion, in and out of the ring, truly making it his own.
After walking away from the ring for almost ten years, Judas returned (with a Greatest Hits of Dominion members), coming back to the new version of NFW that had begun. He was called in by Lara Blackheart, the daughter of his now-deceased best friend, to help against a faction called The Circle of Snakes, who had been disrespecting Vlad's name.
After winning that feud, Lasher won the first annual Vlad Blackheart Memorial Tournament, earning a World Title shot at WrestleWar, which he was successful in, pinning Max LeBrun to win the NFW World Championship. He left NFW as World Champion, to form DPW.
