"Hello everyone, and welcome to DPW Mayhem!" The camera focuses in on Scott Leroux sitting at the commentators' table. "I'm Scott Leroux, and with me as usual is Christian Young. And Christian... this is clearly a week for vengeance."
"Right you are, Scott." Christian replied, sitting bside The Tap-Out King. "Half of the matches tonight pit The Coven against Sex & Violence in one form or another. The Coven's vicious attack on Mia Hayashi, combined with their attempt at doing the same to Meggy Sparkles, has turned this very personal, VERY fast. And things are likely going to hit a critical point tonight when Belphegor challenges Tommy Krule for the Hellfire Championship."
"The first of our grudge matches is our opening match tonight, so... let's get to the ring!" Scott finished, smirking to the camera with a wink.

While Meggy was obviously much less experienced than LeeAnn, the attack on her at the previous Mayhem had clearly lit a fire beneath her, as she caught LeeAnn early with multiple spin kicks, hurricanranas, and vicious forearm shots to the face. LeeAnn eventually took the advantage though, grinding the younger woman down with necklocks, chokeholds, and knee-wrenching leglocks. There was nothing flashy about LeeAnn's offense, but it wasn't meant to look good. It was meant to HURT. Continually targetting the neck of Meggy, LeeAnn took her time, waiting for her opening, which she got when the younger woman missed on a moonsault attempt, giving LeeAnn a chance to sink in Her Black Wings. Impressively, Meggy hung on for close to a minute, before finally having no choice but to tap out at 13:41
Winner: LeeAnn Viskan

Eavan and SIN right away don’t mess around as the two of them meet in the middle of the ring and start to trade blows with one another. The two traded blows with SIN ultimately getting the better of it eventually and going on the offensive early on in the match. SIN pressed her advantage, using her striking ability to keep Eavan on her toes, but when she went for Facebreaker, Eavan was able to avoid it and turn things around for herself. Eavan delivered strikes of her own, backing SIN into the corner and then hitting a running splash. Eavan would go for Twisted Demon, but SIN was able to get her knees up and bring things back into her favor. The two would continue to go back and forth until the bell rang, signaling the time limit for the match had expired and the two fought to a draw at 25:00
Winner: N/A (Time Limit Draw)

The match started off with Chris Wolfe and Rick Dickulous in the ring, shaking hands before circling up. Rick looked ready for a tie up but Chris wasn’t about to try and lock up with a man clearly bigger and stronger than he was. Instead, he went for shoot kicks to the knees and sides. It looked like it was working at first until Rick reminded the world he could scrap and kick just as good as the smaller folk and NAILED Chris with a huge roundhouse. Once he had Chris rocked, Rick began moving to his power and strength based moves, softening Chris up before the eventual tag in to Matt Klazzic. Klazzic continued the offense for T-I-U until Chris managed to get a tag into Koichi Sanada. The two legal competitors paused here, long enough to exchange a respective handshake. Sanada obviously knowing about Matt Klazzic’s time in Japan and honored to be sharing a ring with him. The two met in a clash of King’s Road and Strong Style, pulling no punches as they went full out with forearms and knees on each other, putting on a true spectacle of a contest. From there, both teams tagged in and out frequently with Sanada and Wolfe showing good natural tag chemistry. It turned out to be a mostly even match up to the end where Sanada went for an insanely stiff sidekick on Matt Klazzic but the T-I-U member ducked and Koichi ended up nailing Chris Wolfe instead! While Sanada was reacting in shock, Klazzic tossed him with a belly to belly overhead suplex, causing him to roll out of the ring. Then, as Chris Wolfe was staggering to his feet, Klazzic picked him up and hit the Northern Lights Driver for the 3 count in 14:09!
Winners: Turn-It-Up Express

The match between Alex and Kimi began rather tentatively, as the two (who are good friend out of the ring) seemed hesitant to do anything that could hurt the other. That quickly subsided though, as the two fell into a fun, determined rhythm where both were pulling out all the stops in an attempt to outdo each other. After a dropkick from Smalls caused Brody to fall awkwardly head-first into the turnbuckles however, something changed. Alex's eyes went glassy, and "she" took over. The other. The demon she says lives inside her. Every strike she threw at Kimi became more and more vicious, and while Kimi managed to fight back more than anyone else had yet in this predicament, Brody wore her down, ending the match with a pained, emotional shriek before grabbing Kimi by the wrtists and hitting The End for the pin at 18:22.
Winner: Alex Brody
After the match, Samantha Tolson-Anderson walks slowly to the ring, the evidence of the war she was in just one night ago easily seen by the bandages on her forehead and arms, and the slight limp to her gate. She rolls into the ring and uses the ropes to stand, then walks up to Alex with a mic in her hand.
"Next Mayhem. You and me. But that thing or feeling or whatever the fuck it was you claimed took over last time? Better bring it out as soon as the bell sounds. Because next time, Alex, I'm coming for your head."
With that, Samantha drops the mic and backs to the ropes, walking back up the ramp and through the curtain.

The bell rang and the match started off steady with Lash Donohue and Tyler Grey for their respective teams. Lash had a perpetual, trollish smirk on his face and Grey looked like he just wanted to murder him for it. Things started out with a lockup and a tussle between the two which came to a stand still in the corner so the ref broke them off. They circled again and Lash reached out to offer a test of strength but when Grey went to accept, Lash flipped both hands into a pair of middle fingers, throwing Grey into a rage and causing him to swing on the nineteen year old. That nineteen year old was quick though and he evaded the rampage of Tyler Grey, countering his offense with drop toeholds and hurricanranas. Eventually, though, Grey tagged in the Coven’s personal killing machine, Buzzsaw, and the masked martial artist stepped into the ring and circled with Lash, beginning to counter the S&V member’s offense with counterstrikes of his own, wearing him down with stiff and brutal kicks. The action picked up from here and truly became a war between the two teams of four. Lash made a hot tag to Silver after Buzzsaw and Viskan had taken turns tagging back and forth on him but when Buzzsaw went for a kick on Silver, she countered it with a leg trapped suplex, Buzzsaw made the tag to Jeffries but Silver kept the girl on her toes, working her over with shoot takedowns and MMA submissions. Silver tagged in Lara Blackheart then and the two hit a couple of tandem tag moves before the ref ordered Silver out of the ring. Lara was on a role against Jeffries until Tyler Grey snuck around to the apron and grabbed her feet while she was on the run and tripped her up. This put Jeffries in with the advantage and she turned the match around for her team for awhile until Blackheart managed to get a hot tag into Johnny Krule. The painted face Krule brother came into the ring hot and had no reservations about dropping Jeffries with a stiff running forearm. Grey slid into the ring and went for a lariat but Krule ducked under and came back with a springboard, Tornado DDT, planting him right into the mad head first! He then hit a running Suicide Plancha over the top rope onto Grey, Jeffries and Buzzsaw on the outside. He was quick to throw Jeffries back into the ring but didn’t see the tag from Marissa Viskan as he got back in and as he got to his feet, he turned right into a stiff superkick! Krule staggered back towards his corner before falling to the mat and Lara Blackheart tagged herself back in, desperately wanting a piece of her former friend.Lara and Marissa scrapped back and forth for a while with Lara clearly being the quicker athlete, able to catch Marissa off guard with several springboard maneuvers. The tables were instantly flipped when Lara was going for her signature elbow drop, running off both sides of the ropes but as she came towards the second side, Tyler Grey struck her in the back with a kendo stick while the referee was busy trying to get Silver, Krule, Donohue, Buzzsaw and Jeffries under control. As Lara fell to her knees, Marissa made it up to her feet, saw the opening and ran off the ropes herself to hit a brutal BITCH KILLA to the face of Lara Blackheart, scoring the 3 count for The Coven in 23:46!
Winners: The Coven

Belphegor and Krule came into this match, both looking like they had something to prove. The two went right after each other, fighting all the way. Krule didn’t hesitate to start bringing in the weapons and putting them to good use. He pulled out a kendo stick, swinging it wildly, connecting over and over on the back of Belphegor before cracking him over the head. Krule didn’t stop there though as he searched under the ring for me plunder. He tossed in a trash can and a few steel chairs before coming in and getting caught by Belphegor and being power slammed right into the trash can. Belphegor tried to take over, but Krule wasn’t allowing it throughout this match. As it went on, Krule went for Last Rites, but as he had Belphegor up, Tyler Grey came in and knocked Tommy in the back of the head with his fist that was loaded with a roll of quarters. Tommy dropped to the mat and Belphegor was able to grab him and deliver a powerbomb through the barbed wire boards, pinning him there for the title at 15:19.
Winner: Belphegor (New Champion)
